Documentation Control

Implementation, support and management

We provide a complete document and records management service, (Electronic Document Management Systems), otherwise known as EDMS. Including audits, that ensure clients follow relevant legislation, standards and practices. We work within the framework set out in BS 15489 ‘Information and documentation – records management’.

BS 15489 has been put in place to help cross-sector organisations comply with data protection legislation and in particular to meet the enhanced information governance obligations arising from the new General Data Protection Regulation. The standard establishes core concepts and principles for the creation, capture and management of records.
